These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tz999 ("tz999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gaming services available at tz999.app and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the tz999 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with tz999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on the tz999 Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this clause and that all information provided by you during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any respect.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the wagering and gaming features of the tz999 Platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm your agreement to these Terms and tz999's Privacy Policy. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the tz999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tz999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in such accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tz999 account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tz999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify tz999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

tz999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to provide government-issued identification documents, including a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) and a recent selfie, prior to the processing of your first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

4.2 Deposit Legitimacy

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your tz999 account pending investigation. tz999 implements fraud detection systems that monitor deposits for unusual patterns consistent with money laundering or third-party funding.

4.3 Failed Transactions

tz999 is not liable for deposits that fail to complete due to technical issues at your payment provider, network outages, or incorrect payment details entered by you. If a deposit amount is debited from your payment account but does not credit to your tz999 balance within thirty (30) minutes, please contact tz999 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified players at any time through the Withdrawal section of the tz999 Platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

5.1 Processing Times

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts with no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to bank processing schedules;

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

tz999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms accompanying each individual promotion, together with the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your tz999 account are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (×30) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Slot Games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements;
• Live Casino Table Games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti): 10% contribution;
• Sports Betting / Cricket: Contribution percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms, typically between 10% and 50%;

6.2 Bonus Abuse

tz999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviours considered abusive include, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets on the same event using bonus funds; wagering on outcomes with a statistical advantage that circumvents the spirit of the wagering requirement; and any form of coordinated abuse involving multiple players. tz999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. tz999 is under no obligation to provide advance notice of individual bonus expiry beyond the validity period stated at the time the bonus was issued.

All bets placed on the tz999 Platform are subject to these Terms and any game-specific rules communicated within the relevant game interface. By placing a bet, you accept these rules unconditionally.

7.1 Finality of Results

All game results on the tz999 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for software-based games, and by live dealer outcomes for live casino games. Results are final once communicated to you. tz999 will not overturn game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

7.2 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game on the tz999 Platform, tz999 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to your account. tz999 is not liable for any loss of winnings, however caused, resulting from a technical fault, server interruption, or communication failure beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Sports

Cricket betting markets and other sports betting markets offered through tz999 are subject to the specific sporting event rules communicated within the sportsbook interface. tz999 reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed, or where the integrity of the event is in question. PSL markets, Pakistan international cricket, and ICC tournament betting are subject to the official match rules of the relevant governing body.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the tz999 Platform. These limits are communicated within each game or market interface and may vary by game type, player tier, and market availability. tz999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tz999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the tz999 Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from engaging in online gaming in your jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes;

tz999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered players at no charge from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and may only be decreased with immediate effect; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tz999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the tz999 Platform.

tz999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tz999 account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tz999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. tz999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, and acts of God.

tz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes;
• Your continued access to the Platform poses a risk to tz999's operational, financial, or reputational integrity;
• You are under the minimum eligible age of 21 years;
• A regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction requires tz999 to do so.

You may request closure of your tz999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon legitimate account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any applicable charges, within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by tz999 is governed by tz999's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering on the tz999 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
